The design process starts with a meeting with Yanni to determine the client’s needs. Custom design may not be right for everyone, therefore, these meetings provide clients with a chance to discover what they love and if buying collection pieces may be a better option. If you decide custom furniture is the right option for you, here’s what you can expect:
The Process
Let’s get to know each other! In this meeting we will discuss style, the space, configurations, dimensions and materials.
At this point, Yanni and his team will confirm the design as well as finalize dimensions, fabrics and materials, and any other design elements.
Let the fun begin! At this stage, construction of the product will begin. In order to ensure the client's needs are met throughout this process, they are invited to visit our manufacturing facility to see their product or to make approvals virtually.
When the project is completed, you will be contacted to set up delivery and installation.
*If clients outside of Northeast Ohio wish to have custom-made furniture made, they may send photographs and specific measurements via email.
The Process
Initial Consultation
It all starts with a spark of inspiration. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences and needs. Then, if you’d like, we can create a 3D rendering to visualize your project, ensuring every detail is just right before any work begins.
Demolition and Structural Work
Our team handles all aspects of the remodel, including necessary demolition, drywall installation, plumbing, electrical work and flooring. We work with trusted subcontractors to manage specialized tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
Painting and Finishing Touches
Once the structural work is complete, we proceed with painting and other finishing touches. Our attention to detail ensures your space not only looks beautiful but also feels cohesive and well-crafted.
Furnishing and Decorating
Finally, we can bring your space to life with carefully selected furnishings and decor that breathe life into your newly remodeled space. From bespoke furniture pieces to handpicked accessories, every detail is chosen to harmonize with your vision and elevate your home’s ambiance.
