Barrel 33

Seamless Design and Construction for Howland Bistro & Bar

Barrel 33, a bistro and bar in Howland, Ohio, brought us in to complete a full remodel of their restaurant and retail space, including construction, design, plumbing, electric and more – our team was able to handle everything.

We understand that restaurants can’t make money if they aren’t open. That’s why we did everything we could to complete the project as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. We finished the entire project in exactly one month.

We started by opening up the retail area to flow seamlessly into the restaurant, incorporating an arched entry and cohesive color scheme throughout after a color consultation with the client. Throughout the whole space, we were able to reuse some pieces used by the previous restaurant owner.

In the bathrooms, we installed custom lighting, plumbing, new flooring, mirrors, vanities, countertops and wall coverings. We also added reclaimed wood paneling to the restaurant, textured with a San Marco cement finish and enhanced by Murals by Melissa for a timeless 3D effect.

Redesigned Retail Space

Custom Olive Tree

We crafted a custom-built hostess desk, redesigned the countertops, and created a bespoke barrel table in the retail section to beautifully display their products. Serving as the room’s centerpiece, we crafted a custom olive tree, seamlessly integrating it around a structural pole.

Elegant Wine Tasting Room

New Lighting and Mural

In the dining room, we elevated the space with new lighting and a custom mural by Murals by Melissa. The vineyard-inspired artwork creates the illusion of looking out through a window, offering a serene, picturesque backdrop for private tastings.

Remodeled Gathering Space

Elegant Accents

In the family gathering space, we designed olive green channeled booths accented by custom-cut wine barrels and florals, all crowned by a chandelier.
